ISD Cemetery and Funeral Home Services
The Islamic Society of Delaware owns and operates the As-Salaam Garden Cemetery located in Lincoln University, Pennsylvania approximately 25 minutes from Masjid Ibrahim. The Cemetery is opened for all Muslims in the Delaware and the surrounding areas in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey.

Our Services
- Announcement of Janazah (Funeral) Prayer by ISD email newsletter and social media
- Removal of the deceased from the place of death (from Hospital, Home or Hospice) and transportation to the ISD Funeral Preparation Room for Ghusl (Ritual Body Washing)
- Sunnah-based enshrouding of the deceased and transportation of the body to Masjid Ibrahim for the Janazah (Funeral) prayer, as part of our funeral and burial services
- Transporting the deceased from Masjid Ibrahim to the cemetery (As-Salaam Garden)
- Burial of the deceased according to the Sunnah
- Condoling (Aza) with the deceased’s family
- Applying for the Death Certificate from the County
