What has allowed the ISD to serve the community for over 40 years is the dedication and support of our Members and community at large. Through your contribution and membership we are able to carry out the vital work of helping the needy, educating our children, caring for the sick, ensuring an Islamic burial for our deceased, and providing for prayer and spiritual growth.
By becoming a member, you are directly supporting and impacting yourself and the community served by the Islamic Society of Delaware and its educational institutions, programs and services. We urge all community members to become an ISD member. It is through active membership that the strength of the community will be evident. Annual Membership Dues
Life Time Membership
You can become a life time member of ISD by paying a one time fee of $500 towards the membership. The membership will be automatically renewed year after year.
* Membership year is defined as January 1st through December 31st.
Membership Rules
- Member must be an adult (18 years or older).
- Member will follow and adhere to proper Islamic etiquette when in the Masjid and in dealing with fellow members.
- Members will obey Masjid rules and regulations related to conduct of Islamic activities in the masjid including conduct of daily prayers, Jumma and Eid prayers, Janaaza prayers, General Assembly meetings, Halaqas, conduct of cultural and other activities in the masjid premises, observing proper Islamic dress code, parking, maintenance, protecting the property of the Masjid, and such other rules as may be notified from time to time by the administration.
